I don’t like any kind of hospital. But I strongly suggest you visit Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Hospital Sant Pau in short) when you travel to Barcelona.
It’s the oldest hospital in Spain. And the only hospital in this world which was declared as World Heritage by UNESCO for its singular architectural and artistic beauty.

Barcelona Sagrada Familia Travel Guide

If you only have time for one sightseeing in Barcelona, It must be Sagrada Familia (Expiatory Temple of the Holy Family).
