It’s the seventh day since we arrived Tibet.
After a night’s rest near Rongbuk Monastery, I was already seasoned with the altitude (5200 meters above the sea leavel). And I found it’s so easy to reach the Everest Base Camp by cross country vehicle.
But was it a good news?

Rongbuk Monastery is only about 8 km. (4.97 mi.) to the Everest Base Camp, It’s just on the way travelers visite the Everest. There are a white pagoda and a Mani Stone pile in front of the monastery , It’s the best foreground to take photographs of Everest.

It’s 5200 meters above the sea level. The Everest was so clear in front of me. The Rongbuk Monastery, The highest monastery in this world, together with it.
