How To Make Tangyuan For Chinese Lantern Festival

Chinese Lantern Festival is coming on 9 Feb,2009. It’s the first full moon day of the Chinese lunar year. It’s also considered as the end of the Chinese New year. According to Chinese traditon, We will eat Tangyuan (汤圆 in Chinese, Also called Yuanxiao in English) together with family members on Lantern Festival and Winter Solstice Festival.
