I don’t like any kind of hospital. But I strongly suggest you visit Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Hospital Sant Pau in short) when you travel to Barcelona.
It’s the oldest hospital in Spain. And the only hospital in this world which was declared as World Heritage by UNESCO for its singular architectural and artistic beauty.

I should pass through La Rambla street at least twice everyday when I was in Barcelona. That’s wonderful beginings and endings of mine Barcelona days.
