I saw a postcard of master ’s tomb long time before. Never forgot the figure of him emerging from the tomb.
But the girl working in Tourist Center told me she had no idea about master’s tomb.

But we knew he was buried in the Madeleine cemetery (Cimetiére de la Madeleine) in , And finally found him.

He was died at the age of 77, on March 24, 1905. 5000 people from all over the world attended his funeral on March 28, 1905.

In 1907 a sculpture designed by Albert-Dominique Roze (1861-1952) was placed over his grave. The sculpture was entitled “Towards Immortaility and Eternal Youth” (Vers l’Immortalite et l’Eternelle jeunesse), depicted the figure of emerging from the tomb, stretching his hand out to the sky, yeah, He is back!

He looked so alone, We stayed there for long hours with him.

The first story of him I read is The Mysterious Island, I was ten years old then, All things in novel looks so magic to me.
I love his stories, But I don’t like all film remake from his story, like Around the World in 80 Days. I think the novels is much better.
My best greeting to master!
