Where My Parents Had Worked For 42 Years

When my parents left big city and came to HanWang 42 years ago, HanWang was just a poor little village.

My parents came here for the founding of Dongfang Steam Turbine Works, which base in HanWang. It’s a world famous power equipment manufacturing now. But it suffered serious losses because of the earthquake this time:More than 500 employees died, 80% buildings collapsed…. We have to say good-bye with the town now. But we will back! The damage no doubt was huge, however, I strongly believe all of you there would stay and rise up together and rebuild a new city and new life!

Stay brave and strong, our thoughts and well wishes will always be with you people there.
