Heartquake By Amiens Cathedral At First Sight

Amiens Cathedral was designated as the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981, It’s the first highlight I visited in Amiens .
I arrived Amiens at evening. Amiens Cathedral was already closed. The sunshine of sunset made it looks so grand.

Something About Into Thin Air

It’s the name of book written by Jon Krakauer. The Full name is Into Thin Air: A Personal Account of the Mt. Everest Disaster.Before I climbed the Haba snow mountain in October 2003, I brought this book. It was recommend by a famous enterpriser named Wangshi. We went Haba snow mountain together with him. Wangshi reached the peak of the Everest early that year. He said this was the best reading if you want know something about snow mountain adventure.

The Eglise St Trophime, Maybe The Only Thing Van Gogh Dislike In Arles

The Eglise St Trophime was defined as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981. It’s a very characteristic of Provencal Romanesque architecture. But Van Gogh said it made him feel terrible.

Espace Van Gogh at Vincent Van Gogh’s Hospital

Vincent Van Gogh left Paris for Arles Provence in early 1888. Left us a lot of paintings about his Arles life story. But the Courtyard of the Hospital is a sad one.
