I was so glad to know that my dear uncle and aunty would make Double Ninth cake for us. It’s the first time I ate Double Ninth cake.We can buy Double Ninth cake in fine design now, But few people know how to make it at home.
My uncle’s  Double Ninth cake seemed simply than those we saw in big party, But it was made by real traditional way. And It tasted so great!

I love small town as Bamberg, I can walk everywhere easily, And know every detail by foot.
Schlenkerla is the best-known tavern in Bamberg, It’s just in the centre of the old town, and only ten-minutes walk from my hotel. So I would pass it several times a day.

I am not a Black Beer fans, but klosterbraeu is the place I must visit in Bamberg.
To my surprise, klosterbraeu’s German food is much better than some other beer gardens.

Stephanberg was a hill where the brewers would store their beers in caves during the warm summer days in the year past. Now, It’s still one site of Bamberg’s finest Beer Gardens(beerkellers).
I walked to Stephanberg at a weekend afternoon, Enjoy Bamberg’s most beautiful view untill the moonrise.

This was our first dinner at Bamberg.
It’s a popular beer garden recommend by a native friend. We tried the delicious German food and famous smoke beer (Rauchbier) of course.

Stroll without any target is a wonderful thing, especially with something delicious in hand.:)
