DongShunYuan(东顺园）is one of the best ShanDong cuisine brands, YanTai(烟台) is one of the best cities to enjoy seafood in China. The first day we arrived YanTai, We were invited by Candy’s friends to enjoy ShanDong seafood Cuisine at DongShunYuan. Thank you so much!

Laoshan Mountain(崂山) lies about 30km east of Qingdao, Shandong, China. It is the “No.1 coastal mountain” in China. It is also known as the birthplace of Taoism.
Laoshan Mountain green tea is very famous too. It’s said the first Laoshan Mountain tea plant was planted by Qiu Chuji(丘处机), one of the most famous of QuanZhen seven disciples（全真七子）. He was also the founder of the Dragon Gate Taoism（龙门教）.

1 May is Labor Day, So we have a three-day holiday.
My dear friend Candy invited me travel to ShanDong together with her. That’s a great idea! I have only been to QingDao before, So this time we visited more beautiful cities.

Shin Yeh (欣叶) is a famous Taiwanese food brand. Different from other traditional food brand, Shin Yeh is welcomed by young people because of its modern elements. Fortunately, There is a restaurant named Shin Yeh Xiao Chu (欣叶小厨) near our BeiJing office. I guess it’s the cheaper one. So, let’s go!

Shaanxi Sandwich(腊汁肉夹馍) is a kind of very popular Xi’an snack. I love this traditional food very much. When I want a simple lunch, I’d rather look for Shaanxi Sandwich than try the hamburger of Mcdonald’s or KFC.

I always think private dishes is a kind of luxury. But Xiao Diao Li Tang (小吊梨汤） is a place I can enjoy. We can know it offer a kind of soup made by pear from its name.
Though it still have no English name. But it’s a place you can feel like home.

When iWalk was enjoying the warm sunshine of YunNan, BeiJing finally met it’s first snow this winter. It was the result of rainmaking.
It came after Lichun(立春)  according to the traditional Chinese calendars, But late was better than never, As you know, It’s so drouthy in North China.

It’s nine blow outside.
According to the old chinese tradition, We start counting nine “Nine days” after Winter Solstice. It’s right “the Third Nine days”, the Coolest days in a year.

The day I visited Sensō-ji is not a fine day. But it still crowd with worshipers.
I heared that the famous enterpriser Konosuke Matsushita，the founder of Panasonic, also venerated the Kannon statue here. There is a big paper lantern donated by Konosuke Matsushita at the temple’s Thunder Gate.

Rambling through the Sensō-ji, the oldest temple of Tokyo, You can find many interesting souvenirs. Dolls here are a little defferent from those of Kyoto. But they are also in KAWAII style.

Dotonbori was designated as the entertainment district of Osaka as early as 1621. But today, Dotonbori is the main destination for Japanese food.
It’s one of the best place to try Fugu, and some of the local specialties including the takoyaki octopus balls or Okinomiyaki. The price is affordable too.

Lucky cat (Maneki Neko) is a part of Japanese popular culture. People believe this little kitty can bring good luck (or a lot of money) to the owner.
I bring this Japanese lucky cat home, because it’s cute and so special!
