DongShunYuan’s ShanDong Seafood Cuisine
DongShunYuan(东顺园）is one of the best ShanDong cuisine brands, YanTai(烟台) is one of the best cities to enjoy seafood in China. The first day we arrived YanTai, We were invited by Candy’s friends to enjoy ShanDong seafood Cuisine at DongShunYuan. Thank you so much!
sea-ear（鲍鱼)
short necked clam（青椒蛤蜊）
San Xian Men Zi (三鲜焖子)， a kind of typical YanTai food.
A kind of fish which looks awful but tastes great!
SeaSnail(海螺)
sea crab（清蒸海蟹）
Oh, I forgot the name! But the filling of this JiaoZi is made from seafood too!
Haha, Guess, What’s this? yeah, Sea Intestines(海肠).

Yeah, I can hardly find such fresh seafood in Beijing. Even if you can find, they are much expensive.

Ooh! I think I’ll like the clams and the crabs. But sea snails and intestines? I don’t think I will really those! Haha!

I have never heard of sea intestines. What does it taste like? I like the clams though…they look delicious. The first dish looks like an abalone but it isn’t right?

It’s the first time I know sea intestines too. It’s also a famous dished of Korea food. But it’s not abundant. You can only find them at BoHai sea area.

I love sea food too, specially love to enjoy them some where near the sea. So when I knew Tiny will travel to Yantai, I asked her be sure to take photos of sea food. Haha….

Those sea intestines caught my eye. Out of what sea creature or fish are they?
My favourite is the sea crab. There is a Chinese restaurant near to my house that makes the best sea crab you can imagine. Yum!
