Walk Across Sydney Harbour Bridge
The Sydney Harbour Bridge is one of Australia’s most well known landmarks. The valiants all over the world would be proud of climbing this world’s largest steel arch bridge.
But I was not brave enough. So my choice was across it by car, by train and by foot.

Sydney Harbour Bridge carries rail, vehicular and pedestrian traffic between the Sydney central business district (CBD) and the North Shore. So I tried all these means when I were there.

I lived in North Sdyney, So I started my walk from the Harbour Bridge’s northern end at Milsons Point. The scene view from the bridge was splendidly.

I alway got up very early these morning, there were few people walk on the bridge.

According to Guinness World Records, it is the world’s widest long-span bridge and its tallest steel arch bridge, measuring 134 metres from top to water level. It is also the fourth-longest spanning-arch bridge in the world.

Yeah, I love this angle too.
I don’t like the view of Sydney Opera House alone. I think it looks better with Sydney Harbour and surroundings.

You’re right; the Harbour Bridge is incredible. While not the only one of its kind in the world, against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House it certainly is a unique sight.
I’ve been up in the pilon but have never done the bridge walk. Most tourists seem to have experienced more of Australia than the average local; we tend to take it for granted.
The most courageous way to cross the bridge is to walk on the under side of the structure (illegal and you have to climb barbed wire fences). A friend of mine did it; he said he was surprised by how many other people he found up there doing the same thing.
