There are many things you can do at , But don’t miss these four peculiar treasures on the upper floors.


Great Australian Clock
The Great Australian Clock weighs four tonnes and stands ten metres tall, It’s one of the largest hanging animated turret clocks in this world.
Designed and made by Chris Cook, It includes 33 scenes from Australian history, seen from both Aboriginal and European perspectives. An Aboriginal hunter circles the exterior of the clock continuously, representing the never-ending passage of time.


The Royal Clock
The Royal Clock, designed by Neil Glasser and made by Thwaites & Reed of Hastings in England,It’s one of the largest hanging animated turret clocks in the world too.
Every hour, on the hour between 9am and 9pm, it’s mechanical action figures six scenes from England’s history including King John signing the Magna Carta in 1215, Queen Elizabeth I knighting Sir Frances Drake in 1588 and the beheading of Charles I in 1649.


The figure of Queen Victoria
It’s the lifesize figure of Queen Victoria in historical costume on her coronation day, and surrounded by replicas of the British crown jewels of the time. These jewels were made by the same crown jeweller’s craftsmen.


Bridal carriage of Chinese emperor
It’s the only bridal carriage of Chinese emperor found outside China. It was made entirely of jade and weighing over two tonnes.
