An Olympic Mascot seems like a bit of a silly idea to me. Eventually they’ll run out of unique & cool looking animals. But the colors of the Dachshund sure seem to bring something out.

I think the idea of a mascot is a popular one in almost every sport. Specially team sports.
It was a misfortune though that those Olympic Games were clouded by tragedy.

Yea, everything seems to need a mascot anymore. All sports have one, so I guess it does make sense the Olympics get one too.

The dachshund is a very cute mascot.

But I like Jingjing the most, the panda mascot in this year’s Beijing Olympics.
