I am not a fans, but klosterbraeu is the place I must visit in .
To my surprise, klosterbraeu’s food is much better than some other beer gardens.

klosterbraeu(formerly the Fürstbischöffliche Braunbierbrauerei) founded in 1533, is ’s oldest brewery. It’s famous for (Schwarzbier) of it’s own style.

klosterbraeu’s classic style beer pub. But people rather like it’s outside.

klosterbraeu’s old beer bar,The interior is very simple but pleasant. Now it’s a good place for private party.

klosterbraeu’s brewery was just around the corner from the pub, we can see the whole procession of brewage.

A range of beers is available here, including three seasonal bocks and the excellent Schwärzla(), You can only buy these beer at .

Rauchbier (smoke beer) is a speciality of the Bamberg area, its taste is achieved by kilning the malt over a beechwood fire.

Schwarzbier (Black beer) was a kind of beer brewaged by the darkest malts offered by Klosterbraeu long time before.
    But It’s becoming popular now.
