(the Arabian Tree) locates at the center of city. It’s sandstone sculpture logo is especially famous. You can recognize it easily.

Logo Story

Since found in 1694, It’s special logo was always a topic: An ottoman offers cupid a cup of . It symbolises the meeting of the Christian western world with the Islamic East. No other than Augustus the Strong was supposed to have donated this sculpture as way of saying thank you to the landlady, who had taken immaculate care of him.

Museum

On the third floor of , there is one of the most important museum in the world. You can’t miss the best exhibition of Saxony’s , cultural history and everything linked to the art of brewing . There are 11 guided tours every Tuesday.
