It’s the second time I visited the Forbidden City. Last time was more than 10 years ago. I was surprised that it looked so old during these years, Much older than it’s 600 years age.

The Forbidden City, called Gu Gong in Chinese, was set up at the center of Beijing since 1407. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties.

Sit at the north of Tiananmen Square. The Forbidden City is the world’s largest palace. Listed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1987, the Palace Museum is now one of the most popular tourist attractions world-wide.

But maybe it really need a good relax, In such a fickleness day.
